2. Informational and behavioural-use status
ADHD Nightly Reset is provided for general informational, educational and non-clinical behavioural use. It does not constitute medical, psychiatric, psychological or other clinical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not presented as an established clinical intervention.
No particular sleep, health, cognitive or clinical outcome is guaranteed. The protocol is not a substitute for appropriately qualified professional care where that is needed.
3. Research relationship
Nightly Reset is powered by the DCCOS coherence framework. Linked Riff Systems research publications are separate scholarly works and are governed by the notices and terms that apply on riffsystems.org.
4. Personal and non-commercial use
You may use the Nightly Reset routine for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print the on-site protocol or worksheet for your own use and may quote reasonable portions for commentary, criticism, education or non-commercial research with appropriate attribution.
Except where permitted by law, substantial reproduction, republication, commercial adaptation, resale, incorporation into commercial products or services, or systematic commercial extraction of protected site content requires prior written permission.
5. Intellectual property
Copyright in original text, graphics, protocol materials and other protected expression identified as authored by Tristan J. Radford remains with Tristan J. Radford unless otherwise stated. Riff Systems Ltd publishes the service and administers commercial permissions.
Nothing in these Terms restricts statutory copyright exceptions or other uses permitted by applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, misrepresent the protocol or its authorship, or systematically harvest protected content for commercial exploitation except where permitted by law.
7. External links
The site may link to external research papers, journals or other websites. Riff Systems Ltd is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party sites.
8. No warranties
The site and protocol are provided “as is” and “as available.” Riff Systems Ltd makes no guarantee that the site will always be available or that use of the protocol will produce a particular result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riff Systems Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, subject to rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
