2. What information we collect

The quiet-launch site does not provide user accounts, registration forms or behavioural profiling. Riff Systems Ltd does not intentionally deploy website analytics, advertising trackers, marketing pixels or non-essential tracking cookies on ADHD Nightly Reset at quiet launch.

Technical information may still be processed by the hosting provider as part of ordinary website delivery, security and abuse prevention. This can include information such as IP address, request time, browser or device information and requested pages.

3. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, including your email address and message content. We use it to respond to your enquiry, keep appropriate correspondence records and protect our legal or operational interests where necessary.

4. Why information may be processed

Where personal information is processed, the purpose may include responding to correspondence, operating and securing the site, preventing misuse, maintaining records and meeting legal obligations. The site is intended to be hosted using GitHub Pages. Hosting and related infrastructure providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the service. Email correspondence is also processed by the provider used for the contact@riffsystems.org mailbox.

Nightly Reset links to external websites and research sources, including riffsystems.org. Those sites operate under their own privacy practices. Following an external link may result in information being processed by that third party.

Service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant provider or controller is expected to use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism.
